I just bought eight dollars worth. When I went to download an error came up and the downloads vanished. I tried to find "my account" and it said I wasn't a member yet. What do I do now?
I am so sorry Jacquelinelaura, please contact divinedigitals direct and they will try to sort it out. I never got any invoices sent with your details on so maybe it didn't go through as a transaction. You do need to register with divine before you can complete a transaction.Please try again, hth
